BOSTON- Senator John Kerry's campaign today announced that it has accepted an offer from WBZ political analyst Jon Keller to participate in a televised debate prior to September 16th's Democratic Primary. Specific details are still being finalized.

 

"I'm grateful to Jon Keller for offering the chance for a dialogue on the issues that count. I've worked hard in the Senate to secure funding for new veterans centers, wrote and passed legislation to provide millions in federal grants to communities struggling with foreclosures and helped obtain $100 million in fuel assistance so 95,000 seniors and working families could heat their homes," said Senator Kerry. "I'm excited to talk about that record and the fights ahead."
